A Situational Judgment Test (SJT) is an assessment designed to evaluate your ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and exercise judgment in realistic scenarios. Unlike traditional tests that focus on factual knowledge or technical skills, SJTs present you with hypothetical situations—often tied to a specific job or context—and ask you to select the most appropriate response from a set of options.
SJTs measure soft skills such as communication, teamwork, ethical reasoning, emotional intelligence, and leadership. They're widely used in recruitment processes, educational settings, and for internal promotions and training.
Free users can access 5 practice questions to get a feel for our platform. Once you've used your free questions, you'll need to subscribe to continue practicing.
Our monthly subscription gives you unlimited access to all SJT practice questions, detailed AI-powered explanations, and performance tracking to help you improve your skills.
In our SJT practice questions, you'll be asked to rank four possible actions from best to worst. Your score is calculated based on how accurately you rank each action:
- You get 1 point for each action that you rank correctly
- The maximum score for each question is 4 points (perfect ranking)
- Your performance statistics track your average scores and improvement over time
After each question, you'll receive a detailed AI-powered explanation of the correct ranking to help you understand the reasoning behind the optimal approach.
We offer a simple monthly subscription:
- Monthly Subscription: $9.50 per month for full access
This includes:
- Unlimited access to all SJT practice questions
- Detailed AI-powered explanations
- Performance tracking and analytics
- Access to new questions as they're added
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

- View your overall performance statistics in your profile
- Track your average score across all questions
- See how many questions you've completed and how many remain
- Monitor your perfect scores (questions where you ranked all actions correctly)
- Review your recent responses and scores
- Get a summary of your practice sessions
These insights help you identify areas for improvement and track your development over time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your Profile page
- Click on the "Membership" tab
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Confirm your cancellation
After cancellation:
- You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will not be charged again
- Your performance data and achievements will be preserved
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access
